PRECISION & PLAYFULNESS

Some learnings in CI happen, when we look at details very closely. It brings us out of our habits and invites us to sense more deeply into the physics of the moment and into the communication with our dance partners. Precision doesn’t mean complicated, it is more about ‚staying with‘ and giving time.
From here often playfulness starts and can grow bigger, weirder and wilder. Something let’s go in us, something differently alive kicks in, many things open up.

I imagine innocent curiosities, spaciousness, delicious moments and fun … dancing alone, in duets and as a whole group, growing a network of connectedness.

Somatic work and CI technique will be an anchor for our dancing and being together.

You should have done at least one class or a jam for joining this workshop.
