In my experience Co-dependency is at the core of CI technique. We learn the ability to stay with the other: when it is getting tricky we move towards, into the support, into the connection, become the support. We learn where the other one is, at any moment, reading their structure, matching their weight through touch, meeting them. Technical questions are „When do I cling on – instead of meeting the other?“, „When do I run away – unconsciously?“, and „How can I be light and available in this committed connection?“
I’ll share some CI situations to observe our patterns of moving away and practice how to stay with the other.

This is the technique, not the dance. Satisfying Jams need the solo and trio, the in & out of touch, independent spirits. When we know how to stay, moving away becomes a choice that carries the flavour of freedom that allows us to keep the independence in the committed touch as well.
I am happy to explore how true that is.

Participants need two have a basic understanding of CI.
