There is this quality in the body, in dance, in life: a juicy power, resulting from connection, with patience yet without hesitation, deep listening, and always ready to go. We will play with the fascia, between tension and release in our own bodies, and while exploring hands-on work with our partner(s).

We want to create a nurturing framework, where we feel free and safe to go beyond the limitations of current challenges, getting in touch with what supports us individually and together as a group. Trusting the power of embodied dancing.

A certain lighthearted technical nerdiness will be balanced by lots of time for dancing in focussed and rather open frames.

Participants should be quite familiar with Contact Improvisation technique, which will be our common language for this Intensive. In case of doubt, check in with us.
