About the workshop
“It is still a mystery to me: What makes me or my partner feel light in the dance? Light but clear and fully present in the touch – when rolling on the floor, flying up high or while changing levels?
It needs grounding of body and heart to find depth and connection that is resourcing the lightness. And then?
Keeping the pelvis light when we leave the floor is definitely part of it, easeful momentum and reach of the spine and arms are another ingredient.
It is complex and can feel super simple. Many layers of this work are relating beautifully to other aspects of being human and with others. ”
