So much in our dance practice is about allowing and sensing connections – within our body; between body, mind and heart; to our dance partners and beyond…
Connections have a lightness to it, it shouldn’t be work – ‚just‘ getting out of ones own way, which is a life long practice
So much in our dance practice is about allowing and sensing connections – within our body; between body, mind and heart; to our dance partners and beyond…
Connections have a lightness to it, it shouldn’t be work – ‚just‘ getting out of ones own way, which is a life long practice
But what is it that makes me feel I really ‚meet‘ someone in a dance – or anywhere else? It usually takes more time and often also a decision to invest and deepen the connection. It also leaves stronger traces in me.
In this Workshop I want to explore the field of ‚connection & meeting‘ with curios minds & hearts. First of all with our bodies through a more technical lens of Contact Improvisation. From there we’ll get in touch with other levels of our beings. And we’ll dance a lot!!
