In this Workshop I’d like to connect to our breath and it’s principle of expanding and softening, letting go and opening up. I am interested in our rip basket, its volume and sturdiness with some flexibility in it. And our arms inspired by the meridians and how they connect to different energetically resources of our somatic selves.
Contact Improvisation is our shared language. We’ll explore familiar CI situation on the floor, in standing level and in between with the mentioned nourishing somatic input. There is space for technical nerdyness, time for getting the heart on board and whenever possible we allow the dance to emerge and take over.
